James Dallner was raised in Billings and graduated from Billings West High in 1998. After high school, James attended college and law school in Missoula, graduating from the University of Montana School of Law in 2005.
James moved to Denver following law school to work for a judge on the Colorado Court of Appeals. Following the clerkship, he worked at a national law firm in downtown Denver. After becoming the managing partner in the Denver office, James and several colleagues formed a new Denver-based law firm, specializing in plaintiffs civil litigation. James’ practice is 100% litigation, and he has handled a wide variety of lawsuits in state and federal courts across the country. Over the years, James has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients.
James and his wife, Meagan, have two beautiful daughters. In his free time, James enjoys golfing, snowmobiling, skiing, and fly fishing.
He is admitted to practice in the following Federal Courts:
